Why do you like working as a nanny?
I admire children. Children truly are our future. As a nanny I wish to provide little ones with loving, safe and healthy environment. I feel good about my job, since I know that I make a positive influence in the lives of children I care for.

You had worked as a nanny for the family in Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 for 4 years. What did you like about that family?
The mother of the family was a stay-at-home mother, so we worked together as a team to provide the best possible care for the children. The twin girls were only 4 weeks and the boy was 4.5 years old when I started. Every day was extremely busy. The mother told the children that there were 3 people they had to listen and respect mostly – a mother, a teacher and a nanny. That is exactly how it was all 4 years. Absolutely a wonderful family!

What has been your experience working with MoniCare Nannies agency?
I had an incredible experience with MoniCare. The communication with the agency was excellent. The agency told me about the family and their main requirements before my interview with them which made me feel more confident and better prepared. MoniCare also provided me with interviewing tips and made recommendations based on my own personal situation. The agency was very encouraging and supportive of me.
