High-End Nanny Jobs

FULL-TIME NANNY needed in ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL 60005

This busy and friendly family has 2 children: 2-year-old boy and 4-month-old baby girl and is seeking a kind, active and engaging Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: infant care (diapers, feeding, naptime), get children ready for the day, prepare bottles, wash/sterilize bottles, prepare healthy snacks and meals for 2 year old, take children to/from activities, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities with kids (knowing what to be doing with baby vs. toddler), play games, read books, sing songs, teach letters, colors, numbers, etc. to older child, take to parks, playgrounds, library, museums, etc., do children's laundry, tidy up common areas, keep toy areas neat/organized and load/unload dishwasher. Nanny will need to follow a daily schedule/routine (ex: meal times, activity times, nap times, etc.). Nanny must be fully vaccinated including Covid, Flu, Tdap, RSV (if applicable) and CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified if hired. Nanny must have experience with at least 2 children at a time. Mom and Dad work from home and will typically be down a few times for lunch, breaks, etc. Nanny should be comfortable with this. The ideal candidate will be very fun and engaging with the kids (they do not do any screen time), very loving and happy, trustworthy and outdoor and active. 

This is a long-term position for 5 days and 39.5 hours a week.

Work days and hours:

Monday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 4pm

*NOTE: Some flexibility on schedule on occasion.--ex: start/end times vary by 30 minutes or so here/there. 

*NOTE: No driving needed right now as everything is local. However, driving will be needed down the road and can use family vehicle. 


Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor-BEFORE TAXES
