FULL-TIME NANNY needed in TINLEY PARK, IL 60487

This friendly family has 2 children:  7-year-old girl and 4-month-old baby girl and is seeking an active, engaging and experienced Nanny to stay with their family long-term. 7 year old is in school during the day, so majority of the day will be spent with the baby. Duties include: infant care (diapers, feeding ,naps), get children ready for the day, prepare bottles for baby, wash/sterilize bottles, drive children to/from activities, help oldest with homework as needed, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities, play games, read books, do arts/crafts, sing songs, play outside, do gymnastics, take to parks, playgrounds, library, museums, etc., do laundry--kids  and linens, make kids' beds, tidy up kids' rooms, tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher, keep children's play areas organized, prepare snacks for kids, make 7 year old's lunch for next day and some light meal prep for dinner--ex: chop veggies, get something started, etc. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, reliable, outgoing and have experience with babies and school aged children. Parents work from home a few days a week. Must be CPR certified or willing to get certified if hired. 

This is a long-term position for 5 days and 37.5 hours a week

Work days and hours:

Monday: 7:30am - 3pm

Tuesday: 7:30am - 3pm

Wednesday: 7:30am - 4pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 4pm

Friday: 8:30am - 3pm

NOTE: Family can be a little flexible on the schedule if needed. Flexibility to help with occasional evenings would be a big plus, but not a must! 
NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver and have own vehicle to drive kids. Will be reimbursed for mileage. 

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor 

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, 5 sick days.
