PART-TIME NANNY-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in GLENVIEW, IL 60025

This warm family has 2 children: 7 year old and 6 month old baby and is seeking a calm, helpful and experienced Nanny-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. 7 year old is in school during the day, so childcare will primarily be for baby. Mom stays home and will typically be in/out throughout the day. Duties include: infant care (diapers, feeding, naptime), dress children, prepare bottles, wash/sterilize bottles, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities and play (ex: read books, sing songs, sensory activities, outdoor play, imaginative play, etc.),  take children to playground, on walks, etc., do children's laundry, make children's beds, tidy up common areas, keep play areas neat and organized, load/unload dishwasher, fold laundry, organizational projects and let dog out as needed. The ideal candidate will be calm, friendly, reliable and fun. 

Work days and hours:

Option 1 (12-15 hours/week): 3 mornings per week. 4-5 hours each day. Flexible on the days as long as they are a weekday. Flexible on start time. 

Option 2 (8-10 hours/week): 2 mornings per week. 4-5 hours each day. Flexible on the days as long as they are a weekday. Flexible on start time. 

*NOTE: Flexibility for occasional weekend nights would be a big plus!

*NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver, family will provide a car to drive children to/from school and activities and to run family errands.

*Family has 1 dog--Goldendoodle 

Salary:  To be discussed with Placement Counselor--based on experience--TAKE HOME
