2 TEMPORARY NIGHT NANNES needed in LAKE BLUFF, IL 60044

This friendly family is expecting a baby on Jan 12th (via C-section) and is seeking 2 experienced, loving and knowledgeable night nannies to stay with them for 2-3 months. Duties include: handling the night time schedule for baby, changing baby's diaper, feeding baby this will include a mix of breastfeeding (bringing baby to mom) and bottle feeding, wash/sterilize bottles and pump parts, baby's laundry, soothing baby and assisting mom as needed since she will be recovering from a c-section--bring her pump parts, bring her water, bring her a snack, set up baby to help her feed, etc. Nanny must have newborn experience and be knowledgeable on newborn sleep--safe sleep practices, swaddling, feedings, breastfeeding vs. bottle feeding, etc.  The ideal candidate will be confident, warm and motherly. 

(sometimes may be bottle feeding, sometimes may be bringing baby to mom to breastfeed), changing diapers, putting baby back to sleep, baby laundry, wash/sterilize bottles and breast pump parts, soothing baby, assist mom as needed during her recovery (ex: bring mom water while breastfeeding or a snack, etc.). Nanny must have newborn experience and must be knowledgeable. 

***NOTE: Position will start shortly after baby is here (Jan 12th) and position will last 60 days with opportunity to extend to 90 days if both parties are interested***

Work days and hours:

Nanny 1 Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 10pm-8am (40 hours) Salary:  $1,600 per week BEFORE TAXES

Nanny 2 Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 8pm-8am (36 hours) Salary: $1,440 per week BEFORE TAXES
 

*Family has 1 large dog--Leonberger
