AFTER-SCHOOL NANNY needed in GLENCOE , IL 60022

This organized and busy family has 2 children: 7-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl and is seeking an outgoing, tidy and proactive After-School Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: assisting mom with afternoon routine--tag-teaming driving kids to/from activities, prepare healthy snacks for kids, ensure children get their homework done, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities with kids, arts/crafts, play games, read books, sing songs, play outside, take to parks, playgrounds, library, etc., schedule playdates/help get playdates scheduled for the kids, kids laundry, tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher, organizational projects, let dog out as needed, run occasional errands and help get dinner started. The ideal candidate will be engaging, professional and very neat/tidy. 

Work days and hours:

Monday-Friday: 2pm-6pm (schedule might shift a tad 3pm-7pm in the summer).

NOTE: occasional evenings/weekends/overnights would be a +, not a must. 

NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver--sometimes can use family vehicle and sometimes will need to use own vehicle and will get reimbursed for mileage. 


Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor TAKE HOME
