Full-time Housekeeper Jobs

FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in LAKE BLUFF, IL 60044

This friendly family (2 adults and baby due in Jan) are looking for an experienced, careful and trustworthy Housekeeper-Household Manager to stay with their family for many years. Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the 5,000 square foot home, laundry, making beds, changing linens, sending/receiving linens to dry-cleaning and coordinating, being very careful around delicate items (there are 2 rooms where there are several antiques from family and Housekeeper needs to be very careful while cleaning/vacuuming around these so they do not break), clean patio furniture as needed, load/unload dishwasher, clean the refrigerator as needed, clean inside of windows, organizational projects, run errands as needed, grocery shopping, polishing silverware as needed, when baby gets here--clean and sanitize baby items (using safe products) and any cleaning projects that come up. Family has a very large and friendly dog that sheds a lot so vacuuming will need to be done every day. The ideal candidate will clean carefully, slowly and pays attention to detail. The ideal Housekeeper will also be friendly and dedicated. 

Work days and hours: 

Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm

*Note: Could also do: 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:30am-5:30pm

Family has 1 large dog.--180lb Leonberger

 

Salary: To Be Discussed With Placement Counselor-based on experience--BEFORE TAXES
