Part-time Housekeeper Jobs

PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER needed in MANHATTAN, IL 60442 and CHICAGO, IL 60607 (WEST LOOP)

This single professional is seeking a discrete, trustworthy and experienced Housekeeper to stay with him long-term. He has 2 residences that will need to be cleaned--1 home in Manhattan, IL (5br/5ba-but only 1 person living there so not much of the home is used) and 1 apartment in Chicago (approx. 1700 sq ft). Duties include: Deep clean and maintain both homes, load/unload dishwasher, clean oven, refrigerator, etc. as needed, make beds, change bed linens, clean windows as needed, organizational projects as needed--cabinets, fridge, closets, etc., laundry and prepare guest rooms at suburban home when guests are coming in town. Client works from home and is very private so needs a candidate that understands this and is very discrete. The ideal candidate will be honest, reliable and quiet. 

Work days and hours: 

Option 1 (1 day a week): 1 full day to clean both the Chicago apartment (in the morning) and suburban home (in the afternoon). Mileage will be covered in between the two homes. Flexible on the day as long as it's not a Monday. 

Option 2 (2 days/week): 1 day at the Chicago apartment and 1 day at the suburban home. Flexible on the 2 days of the week but no Mondays for the Chicago apartment. 5-6 hours at the suburb home and 4-5 hours at the Chicago apartment. Start time for Chicago apartment--mornings preferred. Start time for suburban home--12pm or later preferred.

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor-based on experience
