FULL-TIME NANNY-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in NAPERVILLE, IL 60540

This warm and active family has 4 children: 11-year-old boy, 10-year-old girl, 7-year-old girl and 3-year-old boy and is seeking a reliable, engaging and proactive Nanny-Household Manager to stay with them for many years. 3 older kids are in full-day school and youngest will be in a morning school. Duties include: tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher,  laundry, organizational projects, pick up youngest child at 10:30am, take youngest to therapy sessions (speech and OT) as needed, pick up other children at 3:30pm, drive children to/from after-school activities, prepare healthy after-school snacks for kids, prepare dinner for kids, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities with children, help girls with hair braiding, nail painting, costumes, crafts, play outside, play sports, take to parks, playgrounds, library, museums, etc., run errands if needed and let dog out as needed. The ideal candidate will be punctual, creative, organized, calm and an excellent communicator.

Work days and hours:

Option 1 (40 hours/week): Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm

Option 2 (37.5 hours/week): Monday-Friday: 10:30am-6pm

Option 3 (42.5 hours/week): Monday-Friday:: 9:30am-6pm

NOTE: The more hours, the more household management duties needed as kids will be in school. 

NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver, family will provide a car to drive children to/from school and activities and to run family errands.


Salary: $28-$32 per hour TAKE HOME

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week aligning with family's), 6 national holidays, 3 sick days.
