High-End Nanny Jobs

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME NANNY-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in CHICAGO, IL 60618 (ROSCOE VILLAGE)

This loving family has 3 children: 10-year-old girl, 8-year-old girl and 6-year-old girl and is seeking a flexible, proactive, and energetic Nanny-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. Kids are in school during the day, so the job will be a mix of Nanny and Household Management duties. Duties include: tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher, prepare snacks for kids, prepare dinner, run errands as needed, let dogs out during the day, children's laundry, grocery shopping, store returns/exchanges, organizational projects, take car in to be serviced as needed, pack/unpack for trips, pick up kids from school, drive to/from activities, ensure children empty their backpacks after school, do their homework, and play and engage with children in developmentally appropriate activities--arts and crafts, sports, games, outdoor time, take to parks, playgrounds, swimming, library, zoo, etc. The ideal candidate will be engaging, fun, reliable, and can manage 3 kids. Parent works from home. 

**NOTE: 1 month of the summer the family will be in McHenry at their lake house. The Nanny will be required to work there during taht month. Mileage reimbursement will be given for driving to/from the Lake House during this time. 

Work days and hours:

Option 1 (36 hours/week):

Monday-Thursday: 12pm-8pm

Friday: 1pm-5pm/2pm-6pm  (Some flexibility on Fridays--to maybe swap to later hours, etc.)

Option 2 (20 hours/week): 

Monday-Thursday: 3pm-8pm

*Flexibility to stay later on occasion. Flexibility to help with overnights would be a plus-not a must. 

NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver and can use family vehicle for driving. 

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor--based on experience--TAKE HOME

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week aligning with family's), 6 national holidays, 3 sick days.
