MoniCare is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to support our fast-paced placement team. Ideal candidates hold a degree in psychology, social services, education, family studies, social sciences, or business administration. Nanny experience is a plus. This emotionally rewarding role involves prescreening domestic candidates and assisting with administrative tasks to help place them with private families. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential

Key Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong professional references
Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates: nannies, housekeepers, and private chefs
- Explain MoniCare’s application and job search process to applicants
- Source candidates via email, phone, and online platforms
- Review and screen applications based on experience and qualifications
- Conduct phone and video interviews (Zoom, FaceTime)
- Evaluate candidates’ personality, values, and interpersonal skills
- Write detailed candidate evaluations
- Collect required documentation and complete candidate files
- Manage candidate data in MoniCare’s online database
- Verify references via phone and email
- Present job opportunities to qualified candidates
- Match candidates to client needs
- Refer candidates to Placement Counselors for interviews
- Support Placement Counselors with placement tasks
- Perform administrative duties

Job Details
- Work Days: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Set schedule with some flexibility
- Start Time: Between 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- End Time: Between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Compensation
- Total Annual Compensation: $45,000 – $52,000
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $42,000
- Commission: $5,000 – $10,000 (Commission is guaranteed as it is integrated into daily tasks. The commission amount varies based on performance.)
