AFTER-SCHOOL NANNY-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in CHICAGO, IL 60605 (South Loop)
This active family has 1 child: 6-year-old boy and is seeking an engaging, playful, and communicative After-school Nanny-Household Manger to stay with their family long-term. Childcare duties include: picking him up from school, taking him to/from afterschool activities, playing outdoors, and giving him dinner. Household management tasks include: ), running errands, buying groceries, scheduling appointments, purchasing birthday presents, etc. Household management tasks will be done while child is in school. Dad works from home. The ideal candidate will be active, nice, and personal.
This is a part-time position for 5 days and 20 hours per week
Work days and hours:
MUST hours for childcare are Monday-Friday: 3pm-6pm. The other 5 hours per week the family can be flexible for household management tasks
NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver and use own car-will reimburse for mileage.
NOTE: Available for extended evening hours (about 2-3 times per month) and occasional overnights (1-2 times a year) is a plus but not a must!
Salary: BEFORE TAXES—To be discussed with Placement Counselor
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, and 5 sick days
Family does not have any pets.
