FULL-TIME NANNY needed in WINNETKA, IL 60093

This active family has 2 children: 1-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl and is seeking a fun, proactive and punctual Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Oldest child is in full day school, so majority of the time will be with the 1 year old.  Duties include:  get children ready for the day (dress, brush teeth, etc.), prepare simple and healthy meals and snacks for kids, drive to/from school and activities, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities, read books, sing songs, play outside, take to playgrounds, parks, library, classes, etc., tidy up common areas, ensuring kids' areas are neat and organized (ex: making sure clothes are back in the right spots, toys are put in the right labeled bins, etc.), load/unload dishwasher, children's laundry and letting the dog out as needed. The ideal candidate will be very engaging and creative, reliable and an excellent communicator. 

This is a long-term position for 5 days and 30-35 hours a week.

Work days and hours:

Monday-Friday: 8am-3pm
NOTE: Some flexibility on schedule needed--ex: some days might need the nanny to start 7:30am and end at 2:30pm, sometimes might need a little later at 8:30am and go until 3:30pm, etc. 

NOT: Nanny must be an experienced driver and use own car for driving and will be reimbursed. 

Salary: $25-$30 per hour

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, 4 sick days.
