AFTER-SCHOOL NANNY needed in PARK RIDGE, IL 60068

This loving family is seeking a reliable, friendly and dedicated After-School Nanny to stay with them long-term, Child is 14 years old and has moderate Autism. Duties include: pick up child from school, drive to/from ABA therapy, take to the park/playground weather permitting, take to activities such as trampoline parks, etc., bring back home and engage with him until mom comes home. Child is really into legos, comic books and trampoline parks. Nanny should be creative to come up with things to do with him based on his interests. Special needs experience would be a big plus, but not a must. The ideal nanny will be very punctual and reliable, warm, caring and is comfortable working with a child with special needs. 

19 year old daughter is at college during the year, but is home during breaks. 

Work days and hours:

Monday-Friday: 2:30pm-6:30pm (20 hours per week)

**If Nanny is interested/able, family can have the Nanny start the week of 5/27 but hours will be 1pm-5/6pm. Regular hours to start week of 6/16.

NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver. Nanny will have to use his/her car to drive children to/from school and activities. Will get compensated for mileage. 

Salary: $28-$30 per hour 

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, 5 sick days.

Family has no pets.
