FULL-TIME NEWBORN NANNY needed in HAWTHORN WOODS, IL 60047
This very nice family has 1 child: 3-month-old boy and is seeking an experienced, flexible, and active Newborn Nanny to stay with them long-term. Duties include: newborn care (feeding, diaper, naptime), create age/developmentally appropriates activities, wash his bottles, if time do baby’s laundry, walks to parks and playgrounds, and dog care (MUST LOVE DOGS—play with the dog, let him out, and feed him). MUST BE CPR CERTIFIED OR WILLING TO BECOME. Mom and dad work from home 2 days a week. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, friendly, and loving.
**Start date: Beginning of January**
Work days and hours
Option 1: (44.25 hours per week)
Monday: 9am-3pm
Tuesday: 6:30am-7:15pm/7:30pm
Wednesday: 6:30am-7:15pm/7:30pm
Thursday: 6:30am-7:15pm/7:30pm
Option 2 (38.25 hours per week)
Tuesday: 6:30am-7:15pm/7:30pm
Wednesday: 6:30am-7:15pm/7:30pm
Thursday: 6:30am-7:15pm/7:30pm
NOTE: No driving is needed right now but will be in the future. Nanny will need to use own car to drive the child and will be reimbursed for mileage.
Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, national holidays that fall on a work day, and 5 sick days
