FULL-TIME NANNY needed in PLAINFIELD, IL 60585

This loving family has 1 child: 2.5 year old girl and is also expecting another baby in December 2026 and is seeking a warm, experienced and flexible Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: caring for 3 year old right now, newborn duties when baby comes (diapers, feeing, naps, etc.), prepare snacks and meals for children, engaging in age-appropriate activities and play, read books, sing songs, play games, do arts and crafts, play outside, etc., tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher, children's laundry, and keeping nursery and child's room and play areas tidy and organized. Nanny should know how to maintain a structure and routine without needing constant direction. Nanny must have experience with both toddlers and newborn/infants. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, calm, professional and proactive. Mom works from home. 

**Travel: Nanny must be comfortable traveling with family domestically 1-2x a year with advanced notice 

 Work days and hours: 

Monday-Friday: 40 hours/week. Nanny will need to be flexible as the schedule will typically fluctuate. Mom will have the schedule 1 week in advance for the Nanny.

NOTE: Flexibility to help with occasional weekends. 

 NOTE: Nanny will have to use her car to drive children to/from school and activities and will get compensated for mileage.

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, 3 sick days.
