FULL-TIME NANNY needed in NAPERVILLE, IL 60563

This loving and active family has 1 child: 6-month-old baby girl and is seeking an engaging, knowledgeable and warm Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: infant care (diapers, feeding, naptime), prepare bottles, wash/sterilize bottles, feed baby solids, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities with baby, read books, sing songs, teach letters, numbers, colors, etc. as she gets older, take to parks, playgrounds, classes, library, museums, etc., do baby's laundry, tidy up common areas and load/unload dishwasher. Nanny should be an excellent communicator and team player--informing parent's of how the day went, keeping a log of baby's day (diapers, bottles, length of naps, etc.). Nanny should be very knowledgeable about what baby should be working on to meet milestones. It's also very important that the Nanny is very active and engaging with baby-playing with her, talking to her, taking her out and about to explore, etc. The ideal candidate will be friendly, caring, outdoorsy and fun! Likely, one parent would be working from home majority of the days. 

This is a long-term position for 5 days and 45 hours a week.

Work days and hours:

Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm

NOTE: Occasional flexibility to stay later (5/6/7pm) with advanced notice

*Family has 1 dog-goldendoodle 

 

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor--based on experience.
