PART-TIME NANNY-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in CHICAGO, IL 60618 (North Center)

This nice family has 2 children: 1-year-old girl and a 4.5-year-old boy and is seeking a calm, engaged, and reliable Nanny-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. Both children are in daycare so household management tasks will be completed while they are there. Child care duties include: pick up children from daycare, take them to activities, go to parks and playgrounds, make meals for the children, and on 7pm days assist with bedtime routine. Household management tasks include: light tidying, keep things organized, meal prep, children's laundry, and keep children's areas organized. Both parents work from home. The ideal candidate will be communicative, punctual, and dedicated.

Work days and hours:

Monday-Friday: 12pm-5pm

NOTE: Nanny will need to work until 7pm two times a month for 2-3 days at a time. Nanny can either start later and end later or can still work regular hours and add the additional 2 hours to the 12pm-5pm schedule.

NOTE: Nanny-Household Manager must be an experienced driver. You can either use your own car and be reimbursed for mileage or can use the family’s car. If Nanny-Household Manager take own car to/from work there is free street parking available.

Salary: BEFORE TAXES (To be discussed with Placement Counselor)

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 8 holidays, and 5 sick days
