Part-time Housekeeper Jobs

PART-TIME HOUSEHOLD MANAGER-HOUSEKEEPER needed in WINNETKA, IL 60093

This nice and busy family of 4 is seeking a flexible, trustworthy, and loyal Household Manager-Housekeeper to stay with their family long-term. Family has a cleaning service that comes once a week so no deep cleaning is needed. Duties include: light housekeeping (tidying up, vacuuming), laundry, meal prep/cooking (can be dinners that can be reheated--examples: grilled chicken and salad, pasta, gnocchi and spinach, baked salmon, etc.), running errands, cleaning the litter box once a week, and if candidate is comfortable occasionally walking the dogs. MUST LOVE CHILDREN AND PETS! Both parents work from home a couple days a week and an Au Pair will be in the home to take care of the children. The ideal candidate will be kind, reliable, and committed.

This is a part-time position for 2 days and 10 hours a week

Work days and hours

2 days a week for 5 hours each day (flexible on the 2 days as long as they are not 2 days in a row) and flexible on start/end times

NOTE: Household Manager-Housekeeper must be an experienced driver. Family car will be provided for candidate to use.

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, national holidays that fall on a work day, and 2 sick days

Family has 2 dogs: Large Black Mouth Cur and a large German Shepherd, 1 cat, and 1 snake (NO interaction/care is needed for the snake—snake stays in dad’s home office)
