High-End Nanny Jobs

PART-TIME NANNY needed in CHICAGO, IL 60656 (Union Ridge for now--moving to Portage Park area)

This very nice family has 1 child: a 1-year-old boy and is seeking a flexible, reliable, and experienced Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: feeding, changing diapers, naptime, create educational activities, do arts/crafts, be engaging with him (no screen time), go to story-time at the library or indoor café playground, spend a lot of time outdoors, make homemade food for the child (example: sweet potatoes and rice), do the child's laundry, light housekeeping (pick up toys, clean up common areas, etc.), and only if Nanny is comfortable/interested walk the dog. Mom works from home. The ideal candidate will be punctual, professional, and engaging.

**Family is currently staying in a temporary home in Chicago (Union Ridge) until the find a new home (they are thinking it will be the Portage Park area**

Work days and hours:

Tuesday: 9am-5pm

Thursday: 9am-5pm

NOTE: Family can be open to adding extra hours here and there if Nanny is interested

NOTE: Occasional weekend day and/or date night is a plus but not a must!

NOTE: No driving is needed for this position however, if Nany takes own car to/from work there is free street parking or a garage space available

NOTE: Spanish speaking is a big plus but not a must!

Salary: TO BE DISCUSSED WITH PLACEMENT COUNSELOR

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, national holidays that fall on a work day, and 5 sick days
