PART-TIME HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in CHICAGO, IL 60622 (WICKER PARK)

This loving family is seeking a proactive, experienced and friendly Household Manager. This is a blended family with 3 teenagers. 2 of the children will be there every other week, Duties include: For the week all children are there: picking up girls from school, driving one of the girls to/from soccer practice and to/from soccer games and household duties depending on how much driving is needed that day--tidying up, laundry, errands, meal prep, etc. For the weeks that the girls are not there, the position will be household duty heavy--running errands as needed--ex: grocery shopping, returns, fed ex, etc., organizational projects, meal preparation, laundry (sheets, towels, sport uniforms, etc.)., dishes and letting the dog out/taking for a walk. The ideal candidate will know how to interact well with teenagers, have household management experience, be reliable and very independent/take charge with the household tasks. Mom works from home. 

**NOTE: Family prefers a long-term candidate. However, they would be open to someone temporary--start date; ASAP and could end June, July, Aug or Sept. 

This is a long-term position for 5 days and 20 hours a week.

Work days and hours:

Monday-Friday: 2:30pm-6:30pm

NOTE: The weeks the girls are not there, they can be flexible on the start/end times if needed.

NOTE: Candidate will have to use her car and will be reimbursed for mileage. 

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor--based on experience

Benefits: 1 week paid vacation, 6 national holidays, 3 sick days.
