FULL-TIME NANNY needed in GLEN ELLYN, IL 60137

This easygoing family has a 2-month-old baby and is seeking a flexible, communicative, and experienced Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: newborn care (feeding, diaper, naptime), wash bottles, create developmentally appropriate activities, go on walks to parks/playgrounds, and organize and clean baby’s play area. MUST BE OR WILLING TO BECOME CPR/FIRST AID CERTIFIED. Baby has reflux so Nanny must understand that sometimes baby may not want to lay down due to being uncomfortable. Baby has a cleft lip but is able to do regular bottle feeding (he just has a special valve in his bottle). He was born 3 weeks early but is doing great! MUST LOVE DOGS! Parents work from home a couple days a week. The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, and active.

Work days and hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm

Friday: 8am-2pm

NOTE: Hours can shift a little (example starting a little earlier and ending a little later as needed) family will let Nanny know in advanced what days it will be. If parents are running a little late coming home from work they will let the Nanny know.

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, and 5 sick days
