Part-time Housekeeper Jobs

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in EVANSTON, IL 60202

This busy family of 3 is seeking an experienced, proactive and kind Housekeeper-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the 4,600 square foot home (if the person is working part-time--clean the home every other week--if full-time--clean the home every week), tidy up/put things back where they belong, dishes, make beds, change bed linens, organizational projects, seasonal projects (take down holiday decor/put away, etc.) , family laundry, managing packages (unboxing items, putting them away, take boxes to trash, etc.), run errands, grocery shopping/put away, managing and restocking household items (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.), vehicle maintenance--get car filled up with gas, for an oil change, etc. as needed, and feed and take dog for a walk (15 mins). The ideal candidate will be dedicated, positive and able to work independently/take charge of what needs to be done in the home.  Meal prep would be a big + if candidate is doing the full time schedule; but not a must. Mom and dad work from home a few days per week. 

Work days and hours:

Option 1 (20 hours/week-preferred schedule):  Monday-Friday: 4 hours each day. Flexible on start/end times. Earliest start time: 8am

Option 2 (20 hours/week): 4 days per week. Flexible on the 4 weekdays. Flexible on start/end times. Earliest start time: 8am

Option 3 (30-35 hours/week): 5 days per week. Flexible on the start/end times. Earliest start time: 8am  (Given this is more hours, candidate would be expected to do weekly cleaning and more household management tasks). 
 

*NOTE: Strong plus for candidate to use their own car for errands and will be reimbursed. 

Salary: $30-$35 per hour TAKE HOME
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, 5 sick days.
