PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME NANNY-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in WESTERN SPRINGS, IL 60558

This friendly family has 2 children: 13-year-old girl and baby boy and is seeking an active, friendly and flexible Nanny-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term.  Duties include: infant care (diapers, naps, feeding, etc.), pick up older child from school, drive to/from after school/camps/activities, prepare snacks, ensure child does his homework in the fall, play and engage in appropriate activities with children, tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher, family laundry, make beds, run errands, organizational projects, let in home repairs/maintenance services as needed, pack/unpack for trips, pet care--feed, walk dog, etc., meal prep and helping prepare dinner would be big plus but not a must, help with holiday decorations and any additional projects that the family may need help with.  The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive and organized. Household Management tasks are to be done when Nanny is not with the baby (sometimes baby will be wit mom and sometimes with the nanny). 

Work days and hours: 

Option 1 (24 hours/week): 3 days a week. 7am-5pm. Flexible on the 3 weekdays. 8 hours per day--but availability needs to be between 7am-5pm. 

Option 2 (32 hours/week): 4 days week. 7am-5pm. Flexible on the 3 weekdays. 8 hours per day--but availability needs to be between 7am-5pm. 

Option 3 (40 hours/week): Monday-Friday: 7am-5pm 8 hours per day--but availability needs to be between 7am-5pm. 

NOTE: Some flexibility on start/end times as needed.

NOTE Nanny will have to use own car for driving and will be reimbursed for mileage.

Salary: To be discussed with Placement Counselor BEFORE TAXES 

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, 5 sick days.

Family has 1 small dog.
