I am very passionate about kids. I have been raised that way - to love children, to care about them and to give them the best because they are our future.

I felt I was a part of the family. The boys were 3 and 4.5 year-olds when I started. Mother was working from home and it was a challenge for the children at the beginning. We worked on the issue together with the mother. The mother set very good rules (listening to the nanny, time-out when needed) and we got very good results then. The boys were active and every day at my work required a lot of energy and creativity.

What has been your experience working with MoniCare Nannies agency?

I admire children. Children truly are our future. As a nanny I wish to provide little ones with loving, safe and healthy environment. I feel good about my job, since I know that I make a positive influence in the lives of children I care for.

The mother of the family was a stay-at-home mother, so we worked together as a team to provide the best possible care for the children. The twin girls were only 4 weeks and the boy was 4.5 years old when I started. Every day was extremely busy. The mother told the children that there were 3 people they had to listen and respect mostly – a mother, a teacher and a nanny. That is exactly how it was all 4 years. Absolutely a wonderful family!

I connect with children naturally and really enjoy being with them. Children are my passion. I love working as a nanny because it is directly related to my teaching profession.
