FULL-TIME NANNY-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in CHICAGO, IL 60640 (Uptown)

This busy family has 3 children: 5-year-old boy, 3-year-olf girl, and a 1.5-year-old girl and is seeking a flexible, experienced, and active Nanny-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. Oldest child is in school so must of the care will be for the girls. Duties include: take children to/from school, create learning experiences for them, follow routines, go to fun places like museums and parks/playgrounds, cook/meal prep (healthy meals for family), family’s laundry, light housekeeping, and grocery shopping. The ideal candidate will be engaging, trustworthy, and communicative.

Work days and hours

Monday-Friday: 8am-5:30pm

NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver. Family will provide car for Nanny to use. If Nanny takes own car to work there is free street parking available.

NOTE: Flexible to stay later on occasion is a plus!

Salary: $28-$32 per hour BEFORE TAXES

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, and 3 sick days

FULL-TIME NANNY-MOTHER'S HELPER needed in WESTERN SPRINGS, IL 60558

This nice family has 2 children: 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl and is seeking a safe, active, and diligent Nanny-Mother’s Helper to stay with their family long-term. Some days may be more household management and other days may be more childcare (example: while grandma takes care of the children Nanny will do household management tasks, some days grandma may have one child while the Nanny as the other, etc.). Duties include: taking children to parks/playgrounds and the children’s museum, reading books, playing with toys, creating obstacle courses, taking children to activity classes, organizing toys, making meals for the children, follow children’s routines, and light housekeeping. Both parents work from home a couple days a week. NOTE: Nanny will be responsible for all of the lifting (example: changing child's diaper) while grandma recovers from surgery. The ideal candidate will be organized, fun, and comfortable taking directions.

Work days and hours:

Monday-Friday: 7:45am-5:45pm

**NOTE: This position will start ASAP—start date will be no later than 9/16**

NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver. Family will provide car for Nanny to use

NOTE: Available for occasional date night is a plus but not a must!

NOTE: Must be up-to-date on all current vaccines.

FULL-TIME NANNY needed in HINSDALE, IL 60521

This active family has 2 children: 3-year-old boy and 5-month-old boy and is seeking an energetic, patient, and playful Nanny to stay with their family long-term. The first half the day will be spent with the baby while the oldest child is at school and then the second half of the day will be spent with the 3-year-old (mom will take over baby duties). Duties include: newborn care (feeding, diapers, naptime), getting on the floor and playing with the kids, creating structured age-appropriate activities, playing outdoors, going to parks/playgrounds, making meals for the children, doing the children’s laundry, picking up toys/organizing them, tidying up the children’s rooms, and tidying up the kitchen. The oldest child has selective mutism (very shy at first and then once he gets to know you will start talking). Mom works from home. The ideal candidate will be fun, active, and kind.

**Family will be living in a temporary home in Downers Grove for the next 2 months until their home in Hinsdale is ready**

Work days and hours:

Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm (family can also do 8am-4pm or 8:30am-4:30pm)

NOTE: Nanny must be an experienced driver. Family will provide car for Nanny to use.

NOTE: Occasional evening/weekend help is a plus but not a must!

Salary: $25-$30 per hour

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 national holidays, and 2 sick days
