We have followed up and asked her a few questions:
Why do you like working as a nanny?
I love being around children, especially babies, they are little angels, innocent and precious. I am very happy I get to use my teaching knowledge while working as a nanny one-on-one with this precious child.
You had been working as a nanny for the family in Oak Park, IL for a while. What did you like about that family?
This family was wonderful. I felt like home. The baby girl was three months old when I started working.
The parents were very respectful and they totally trusted me. I took care of the baby, taught her many things as she was growing. We were playing, going outside to the parks and playgrounds. I stopped working for this family since they moved to another state.
What has been your experience working with MoniCare Nannies agency?
MoniCare is truly the best nanny agency in Chicago suburbs. I was highly selective while looking for a new position. I was looking for a family in Chicago Suburbs that would match all my needs and requirements. I found exactly what I was looking for while working with MoniCare.

I had a very good experience with MoniCare. I am still working for the family they placed me with and I am very happy here. The communication with the agency was fast and efficient. We have followed up and asked her a few questions:
Why do you like working as a nanny?
I love children with all my heart. Children are so sincere and honest. It is so easy to come up with small fun surprises for them every day. I am very passionate about what I do. I enjoy watching children grow and being involved in this wonderful process. I feel great knowing that I made a big difference in their lives.
You had been working as a nanny for the family in Oak Park, IL 60304 for 7 years. What did you like about that family?
Children and parents were just fantastic. The boy was 3 months old when I started working there. Later they had 2 more babies. Children now are smart, active and healthy 7, 5 and 3 year olds. I had no problems or major misunderstandings in all 7 years of my employment. I felt like a family member and raised the children with lots of love and attention. Children behaved well and were polite and respectful of me.
What has been your experience working with MoniCare Nannies agency?
I feel very happy that I was represented by such a reputable agency. Agency placement counselors paid a lot of personal attention in getting to know me, always were available, friendly and polite. MoniCare educates nannies and families and makes the process easy for everyone. I felt that the family I was hired by was well informed on all nanny related matters. MoniCare is the best nanny agency for me.
