This friendly and busy family has 3 children: 4-year-old girl, 1-year-old girl, and they are expecting a newborn this fall. They are seeking an easy-going, flexible and engaging Nanny to stay with them long-term. Duties include: play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities with children, prepare simple and healthy snacks and meals for kids, take outside, to nearby parks, etc., do children's laundry, tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher and start bedtime routine for kids (get bath going, pajamas on, etc.). If Nanny would like more hours, the family can add in some household management duties to the position-such as family laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep and making dinner, organizational projects and feeding cats. There is a daytime nanny that is in the home until 3pm, so there will be times both nannies will need to work as a team together if there is overlap on times. Parents work from home a few times a week. MUST BE COVID VACINATED. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic and communicative. 

Work days and hours:

Option 1 (20-22.5 hours/week-- childcare only): Monday-Friday: 2/2:30pm-6:30pm + 1-1.5 weekends per month, with 60 days notice in advance of the dates needed -these would be daytime shifts

Option 2 (25-27.5 hours/week--childcare + household management duties) : Monday-Friday: 1/1:30pm-6:30pm  + 1-1.5 weekends per month, with 60 days notice in advance of the dates needed -these would be daytime shifts

NOTE: Nanny must use own vehicle for driving and will be reimbursed for mileage. 

Salary: $25-$30 per hour BEFORE TAXES (note: there will be a pay increase once 3rd child arrives)

This busy family has 2 children: 2 year old and 8 year old and is seeking a reliable, loving and reliable Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Older child is in school full-day, so majority of the day will be spent with the 2 year old. Both children have food allergies, so nanny must be comfortable with this and using an epi-pen if needed (will provide training if not familiar). Duties include: get children ready for the day, get older child ready for school, drive to/from school and activities, prepare snacks and meals for kids, play and engage in developmentally appropriate play with kids, arts and crafts, outdoor play, read books, sing songs, games, toys, take to nearby parks, playgrounds, zoo, library, etc., tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher and children's laundry. The ideal candidate will be very engaging, dedicated and responsible. Nanny must be CPR certified or willing to get certified if hired. Mom works from home. Family will be expecting a 3rd child at the end of July. The nanny will not have any responsibility for baby #3 until mom goes back to work--approx end of October. 

This is a long-term position for 5 days and 47.5 hours a week.

Duties include: get child dressed for the day, change her diapers, make meals for the child, organize educational games, do arts and crafts, teach letters, numbers and colors, read books, take her to parks and playgrounds, take her to the library, the zoo and museums, and organize and clean her play area. MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID-19 (HAVE ALL BOOSTERS), BE UP-TO-DATE ON ALL VACCINES (including Tdap), and be CPR/FIRST AID CERTIFIED or willing to become certified if hired. Work days and hours:

Main Responsibilities:

- Keeping up the main residence (18,000 square foot home)

-Scheduling and overseeing all household vendors

-Maintaining household records

-Maintaining and light tidying of the home (going in each room to ensure items are in their places, make beds, clutter is picked up, rooms are tidy, etc.)

-Overseeing housekeepers 

-Wardrobe care 

-Assist with basic car care and maintenance (gas, car washes, oil changes, etc.)

- Assisting with entertainment and party planning 

- Running errands

-Security--ensuring home is fully secure each day

-Collecting mail

-Full responsibility of home when couple is traveling

Key Requirements:
