This nice couple is seeking a flexible, easy-going and friendly housekeeper. Duties include: Clean and maintain the 3,000 square foot home, changing sheets, laundry, running occasional errands, load/unload dishwasher and helping with meal preparation (couple typically eats vegetarian meals so would need help with things like washing veggies, chopping veggies, steaming veggies, etc.). This is a family of 5 members: 2 parents and 3 children (under age of 6). They are looking for a Housekeeper who is flexible to handle a wide variety of responsibilities. The housekeeper will perform typical housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning, changing of bed linens, laundry, grocery shopping, possible meal prep, walking the dog in the mornings, making beds and more. Housekeeper might be asked to supervise children sometimes, but this will be minimal.  Housekeeper must be flexible in this role and know tasks may vary. This family is discreet and value their privacy.

The Housekeeper will work as a team with the Executive Housekeeper and the Estate Manager (this family will have a total of 3 domestic employees).

This is a long-term come-and-go position for 5 days and 40 hours a week.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 11am-7pm (8h/day and 5 days/week)

The main part of the responsibility would be cleaning, laundry and errands while the children are in school full day. The Housekeeper-House Manager will be responsible for all typical housekeeping duties, laundry, home organization projects, grocery-shopping and errand running, and some meal preparation for a vegetarian diet (chopping vegetables, meals to be heated up for dinner). Great communication skills are needed as this Housekeeper-House Manager will also accept deliveries and be available for repairmen at the home. NANNY-MOTHER'S HELPER needed in CLARENDON HILLS, IL 60514

Dad works from home dur to Covid. Mom is a stay at home parent. 

Family has 3 children: 3-year-old boy and 1-year-old twins (boy and girl). The family is expecting a baby in September, 2021-year-old.

The family is looking for an energetic and experienced nanny to support the mom, who is a stay at home mom that is managing 3 kids twins 1 yr old and a 3yr old boy. Energetic meaning being a fun friend to play with the 3-year-old, bringing ideas for activities, and being creative while balancing meal preparation (breakfast and lunch), and feeding twins as directed. This family is looking for a proactive and high energy spirit to support their loving home.

Required vaccinations - Covid and TDAP (for upcoming baby arrival). Family will pay for these expenses.

In addition to childcare family also needs general pick-up around house, leave house the same or better condition than you found it; transporting children to appointments, activities. 

This is a long-term position for 4 days and 40 hours a week. These can be 3,5 days with rotating 4 hours on Tuesdays/Thursdays or  four 10 hour days. 

Schedule (sample):

Monday: 7am - 7pm

Tuesday: 1pm - 5pm (this is a half day - it can be on Tuesday or Thursdays) 

Wednesday: 7am - 7pm

Thursday: Off 

Friday: 7am - 7pm

Note: Nanny must be an experienced driver, family will provide a car to drive children to/from school and activities and to run family errands.

Duties include: newborn care (diapers, feeding, naptime), dress children, help children with their general hygiene, prepare bottles, clean up, cook for children, give snacks to children, give parent prepared food, run to the store for milk, bread, play with children, organize outdoor sports, organize educational games, do arts and crafts, teach letters, numbers and colors, read books, discipline children, teach manners, take children to parks and playgrounds, take children to the library, the zoo, museums, do children's laundry, organize and clean children's play area, tidy up the kitchen, take out the trash, load, run, empty the dishwasher, start making family's dinner, grocery shopping (partial list), tidy up the home (pick up things), feed pets, walk dog. 

Family has 1 dog (small).

Salary: $20-$21 per hour

FULL-TIME ESTATE-LEVEL HOUSEKEEPER  needed in HIGHLAND PARK, IL 60035

Experience working in an estate or a formal household is highly preferred. The Housekeeper must have at least 5 years related experience.

This professional couple (2 adults) is seeking a hardworking, reliable and experienced estate-level housekeeper. The Housekeeper is expected to do what is necessary to maintain an impeccable appearance in the home. 

The housekeeper has the overall responsibility of all aspects of general housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, and potted plant care of the residence. It's a large residence--17,000 square feet Luxury Residence (6 Bedrooms, 2 Offices, 6 ½ Baths, Cabana, and Exterior Porches, Patios, Decks).

The housekeeper must ensure the household is cleaned, maintained and organized to the highest standards and per the family’s specifications and preferences. In addition to general and deep cleaning according to schedule, the housekeeper is expected to assist the Estate Manager with projects, notify the Estate Manager of issues with the house or household items, prepare for events and guests, and maintain cleaning supply inventory. Occasional help with visiting grandchildren may be needed.

This is a long-term position for 3 days and 12 hours a week.

Mom stays home and is looking for someone to work as a team with her. Flexibility is key as each day may look different--ex: some days nanny may be with one child while mom is with the other, some days both, some day household duties and some days a mixture, etc. Duties include: toddler care, newborn care (diapers, feeding, naptime), prepare bottles, clean/sterilize bottles, prepare simple snacks and meals for kids, get children ready for the day, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities with children, sing songs, read books, sensory play, arts and crafts, outdoor play, etc., take oldest to activities such as park, zoo, museums, etc., children's laundry, tidy up common areas, load/unload dishwasher, store purchases/exchanges, organizational projects and help with receiving packages/breaking down packages. The ideal candidate will be very engaging and creative (no screen time), flexible, and proactive. This easy-going family of 4 is seeking an honest, dedicated and organized Housekeeper-Cook to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: Clean and maintain the 4,000 square foot home (basic upkeep of the main living areas--vacuuming/mopping main areas, kitchen clean up, main bathrooms cleaned, etc. and then cleaning less used rooms (ex: guest rooms, etc. as needed or on a schedule), organizational projects, laundry, load/unload dishwasher, occasional errands as needed (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc.), meal preparation and cook dinner a few times a week. Dinners will be for 4 people--2 adults and 2 kids and can be simple and of a variety (ex: chicken dishes with vegetables, salads, pastas, tacos, etc.). Family will provide recipes of meal kits to follow but this person should enjoy cooking as part of the job. The ideal candidate will pay attention to detail, be a good communicator and looking for a long-term position. Parents currently work from home in separate office. There is a nanny that will be in the home as well. Housekeeper-Cook should be following all COVID precautions seriously. Would prefer candidate wears a mask while in the home. 

This is a long-term position for 20-25 hours per week

This friendly family of 4 is seeking an experienced, organized and easy-going Housekeeper-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: Light cleaning and maintain the 4,500 square foot home--they have someone that deep cleans, so this person will be primarily responsible for just tidying up the main living areas such as the kitchen and living room (clean up kitchen, wipe down counters, vacuum, mop, etc.), change bed linens, organizational projects, laundry, occasionally helping with meal preparation and occasionally helping with errands that may be needed. Mom works from home and both children are at home doing elearning. On the occasion, mom may run out for an errand and may ask this person to be there while the children are doing their elearning. The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organized and comfortable with the children being around. Housekeeper should be taking COVID very seriously. A mask will be required to be worn in the home. 

Work days and hours:

Option 1 (8 hours per week): 2 days per week for 4 hours each day. Housekeeper can choose the 2 days (must be weekdays) and can choose the start/end time. 

Option 2 (12 hours per week): 3days per week for 4 hours each day. Housekeeper can choose the 2 days (must be weekdays) and can choose the start/end time. 

*Housekeeper-Household Manager should have own vehicle for errands, etc. and will be reimbursed for mileage.
